Photos of Some of Our Equipment

Many thanks to the people who have contributed towards the design of the following specialised training equipment. The designs are based on photos seen elsewhere. The real challenge has been to build them to the correct dimensions.

Glute Ham Raise Machine

The new Glute Ham Raise Machine, made in Brisbane.

This machine works the hamstrings, glutes and calves. The above photo shows the starting position.

Reverse Hyper Extension Machine

Since this photo was taken the handle bars have been moved upwards 100mm.

The Reverse Hyper Extension machine decompresses the spine and has no vertical compression on the spine.

Safety Bench Press Machine
Safety Bench Press Machine, made in Brisbane. This photo shows a rubberised cord (available from your hardware store) attached to the base of the frame and the inside of the weight using a special attachment.
